Kyle Evans has been a driving force in keeping the magic of the Old West alive for the past 30 years. His music tells stories of the prairie pioneers, rodeo legends, and the good life we lead today in South Dakota. He's had regional and international success with his music and his band, the Company Cowboys. They've been together since the late '60's, playing a variety of country, western, & original tunes. Kyle has recorded a number of albums over the years - including a gospel, Christmas, and South Dakota Centennial Tribute album. In 1987 he was voted SD Centennial Troubador by the SD Centennial Committee, honoring his contributions memorializing our way of life on the plains. He was later inducted into the South Dakota Hall of Fame. You may have heard Kyle Evans & the Company Cowboys at any number of rodeos nation-wide. His performances provided a taste of legendary cowboy poetry in his protrayal of both traditional and personal works.
